- 3–6 months: $0.285 CPM
- 7–8 months: $0.29 CPM
- 9–11 months: $0.305 CPM

- 24–35 months: $0.34 CPM
- 36–47 months: $0.35 CPM
- 48–59 months: $0.36 CPM
- 60–71 months: $0.37 CPM
- 72–83 months: $0.375 CPM
- 84–95 months: $0.38 CPM
- 96–107 months: $0.385 CPM
- 108–119 months: $0.39 CPM
